Atthe time, available eLearning technology was for the most part created by IT engineerswho had very little understanding of the dynamics and intricacies of training andlearning. Bridge was established to build a learning-centric eLearning system – toprovide solutions that solve the learning issues in the three areas in organizations thatare directly impacted by eLearning: IT, HR and the Business. To achieve this, Bridge hasdeveloped software in conjunction with a distinct Blended Learning methodology toensure that users enjoy, and derive measurable benefits from, interacting with theeLearning content and the associated evaluation process.
Over the years our products and methodologies have been continuously updated andupgraded to ensure that clients changing environments’ have been considered and thatbest business practices are included in the functionality of our products.
Our clients consist of both large multinational organisations training thousands of theiremployees daily to the medium sized corporations with a few hundred employees beingtrained. It is our holistic approach, which combines our software, consulting andmethodologies, which have resulted in virtually all of our clients retaining our softwareand services year after year.
We are one of the leading emerging technology companies in South Africa, and havereceived accolades accordingly – including a place as one of the Top 5 finalists in theSouth African Technology Top 100 Companies a few years back.
